It's not a surprise that the Summer season is the busiest season at Happy Crewsing! What we enjoy the most is receiveing postcards from our dear Happy Crewsers from all around the word. Ahoy Happy Crewsers! Today we are thrilled to have special content lined up for you, an interview with none other than Jerry, the man behind Happy Crewsing. Fact is Jerry likes to go by his first name around the company, so for the interview we'll keep the tradition going.
Ahoy Happy Crewsers! Last weekend, the Happy Crewsing rowing team came first place in the Boston amateur annual rowing tournament, a two-day rowing competition! Despite fierce competition this year and our beloved team captain missing, we couldn't be more proud of our rowers who overcame these obstacles gracefully, while managing to bring the cup back home.
Ahoy Happy Crewsers! Last Friday, a delegation of members of staff and crew members participated into our annual search and rescue training at sea, during a seminar in Miami, in collaboration with the Coast Guard Foundation. Although the weather wasn't with us for the first half of the day, the skies eventually cleared up and we were even blessed with a gorgeous sunset.
Ahoy Happy Crewsers! The new member of our fleet has been launched this weekend. For those of you who've followed the construction work on the Fado 9, the beautiful vessel was delivered on time, on January 15, 2017. The Fado 9, built in Portugal, is a 24 custom CRN superyacht, the result of the best engineering expertise, combined with ground-breaking design. It was modeled after a fifties bestseller and yet, it is equipped with the most advanced technologies of today's boating industry.
Ahoy Happy Crewsers! As you probably noticed on Monday morning, we have set up new parking signs on the parking lot of the company. These signs obviously introduce new parking rules. The idea is to avoid customers having to park outside of the precincts of our enterprise, which has unfortunately happened upon quite a few occasions in the last few months, because spaces were held up by crew members or other members of staff.
Ahoy Happy Crewsers! Every year, the Happy Crewsing sailing team takes part in the Boston Regatta, an institution dating back to the sixties which we are very proud to help perpetuate! The Boston Regatta is also an extraordinary team building event, for the sailing team but also for anyone curious to join us around the preparation of the regatta and also during the event! And of course, families, children and friends are welcome, to cheer us on the big day!
Ahoy Happy Crewsers! This year again, one of our crews will be headed towards Cannes and the Croisette for the famous French festival. We are happy to share this great news for business here, but as usual, please keep the utmost discretion about the trip, and, most importantly, regarding our clients.
