There are 5 meeting rooms in our headquarters. The large meeting room is available upon request only.
The 4 informal meeting rooms can be used at any time, for time slots of 30 minutes maximum.
Please read our policy related to meeting rooms carefully:
Meeting rooms are available for use during the company's hours of operation
Smoking and the use of alcoholic beverages is prohibited
Meeting rooms are not designed for food service. Light refreshments may be served, for special occasions only
Meeting room setup is the responsibility of the group members. All chairs and tables are stored in the meeting rooms and may be rearranged as needed
Sitting or standing on the tables is not allowed
Groups using the meeting rooms are not allowed to store items in the rooms
Meeting rooms should be left in a neat and orderly condition
